New build Ostmann, Oldenburg (Germany) 2020

Ostmann, who previously developed a garden center with 'Grün erleben', now builds modern garden centers according to the new Intratuin 3.0 concept.

The new garden center in Oldenburg is located in an area where various shopping giants are already located and where there is also ample parking space. With the arrival of this garden center, the area is even more attractive for visitors.

This is a unique garden center because of the long plot and the preference for an indoor courtyard. The garden center is made up of several floors. The restaurant and workshop space are located on the ground floor.

An important point during the design process was the amount of greenery to be applied and the number of trees to be planted.

The garden center, which is mainly focused on flowers and plants, stretches across an indoor sales area of ​​almost 8,300 m².
