Unlike traditional barbecues that use charcoal or direct gas, the CROSSRAY+ barbecue is powered by high-intensity 3.1kW infrared burners. This design allows for perfect cooking from different angles, delivering the intensity and flavor of charcoal with the convenience of gas.
The CROSSRAY+ barbecue is available in two models:
CROSSRAY+ redefines traditional grilling with smart design and cutting-edge technology. It’s the only BBQ capable of providing controllable heat from 110°C to nearly 400°C, while using significantly less gas compared to a regular BBQ.
Equipped with the patented CROSSRAY+ system, this barbecue features infrared burners mounted on the front and back, making them superior to traditional open flame burners. Infrared heat radiates into the food, cooking it from the inside out, unlike conventional burners that heat the surrounding air and can dry out your food.
The infrared burners are more efficient and faster than traditional burners, meaning your food is ready quicker and you use less gas. Additionally, because the burners are not directly beneath the cooking surface, fats and juices won’t fall onto the burners, reducing smoke and eliminating flare-ups that burn your food.
